A connected development pathway from Executive Thinking Institute and Premier Success Coaching.
Training develops knowledge and capability. Coaching supports application, accountability and behavioural change.
PSC and ETI work together to help leaders diagnose business issues, strengthen decision-making capability and translate learning into workplace performance.

PSC uses ASCEND™ to identify business issues, leadership barriers and priority development needs.

ETI uses immersive business simulation, experiential learning and structured assessment to strengthen business acumen, judgement and leadership capability.

PSC uses the RISE™ framework to help leaders apply the learning to real workplace challenges.

Progress is reviewed through agreed actions, reflections and 30-, 60- and 90-day follow-through.
PSC may be the appropriate starting point when the primary issue is:
Unclear priorities
Weak execution
Accountability
Leadership behaviour
Personal effectiveness
Strategy implementation
Owner or executive performance
ETI may be appropriate when the primary need is:
Business acumen
Executive judgement
Cross-functional understanding
Commercial decision-making
Leadership capability
Experiential learning
Assessment and credentials
A combined pathway is appropriate when participants need to:
Develop new capability
Practise decisions in a realistic environment
Apply learning to workplace priorities
Receive implementation coaching
Demonstrate sustained progress after the programme
PSC and Executive Thinking Institute address different but connected aspects of performance.
ETI develops how leaders think, decide and lead through business simulation, experiential learning, assessment and leadership-development programmes.
PSC strengthens how leaders apply, execute and perform through diagnosis, coaching, accountability and workplace follow-through.
Together, they can provide a connected pathway:
Diagnose → Develop → Apply → Measure
No. PSC coaching can be undertaken independently.
ETI may be recommended where the coaching or diagnostic process identifies a need for stronger:
Business acumen
Commercial understanding
Executive judgement
Cross-functional thinking
Decision-making practice
Leadership capability
The recommendation will depend on the client’s needs and intended outcomes.
Yes. PSC coaching can support participants as they apply programme learning to their workplace responsibilities.
This may include:
Defining implementation priorities
Applying learning to a real business issue
Addressing obstacles
Strengthening accountability
Reviewing progress at 30, 60 and 90 days
Supporting sustained behavioural change
No. ETBSS™ is not automatically included in PSC coaching programmes.
PSC and ETI offer different but complementary forms of development.
PSC focuses on coaching, diagnostics, workplace application and accountability, while ETBSS™ provides experiential business-simulation learning through ETI.
ETBSS™ may be recommended only where the client’s development needs indicate that additional practice in areas such as business judgement, commercial thinking, cross-functional decision-making or enterprise perspective would be beneficial.
Where it is not required, PSC coaching can proceed independently without ETBSS™.
ETBSS™ may be recommended when coaching or diagnostic work identifies a need to strengthen broader business and decision-making capability.
This may include areas such as:
Commercial awareness;
Strategic and cross-functional thinking;
Understanding the financial impact of business decisions;
Decision-making under uncertainty;
Balancing competing priorities and trade-offs; or
Developing a stronger enterprise-wide perspective.
ETBSS™ allows participants to practise these capabilities in a simulated business environment, experience the consequences of their decisions and reflect on the insights generated.
It is therefore used where experiential development can add value to the wider coaching or organisational development journey.
Yes. PSC and ETI can be engaged independently or together.
An organisation may work with PSC for executive coaching, team coaching, business diagnostics, workplace application or accountability support without using ETI programmes.
Likewise, an organisation may engage ETI for executive education, ETBSS™ business simulation or other capability-development programmes without using PSC.
Where both capability development and workplace application are required, PSC and ETI can also be combined into an integrated development pathway.
The approach depends on the organisation’s objectives, development needs and scope of engagement.
PSC and ETI services are priced according to the specific scope of the engagement, rather than being combined into a fixed standard package.
Pricing may depend on factors such as:
The number of participants;
The type and duration of coaching required;
Whether diagnostic work is included;
The ETI programme or ETBSS™ format selected;
The level of customisation required;
The duration of the overall engagement; and
Any additional facilitation, reporting or follow-through required.
Where PSC and ETI are combined, a tailored proposal can be prepared based on the organisation’s development objectives and the components required.
There is no requirement to purchase both PSC and ETI services together.
Develop Capability. Strengthen Application. Improve Performance.
